Upgraded to smart box and lost offers on my account

Can somebody, help I had an offer of free movies to my account until end of January. However, on upgraded to my smartbox, my offer has disappeared. Who do I contact to correct this? I can't see the live chat icon on this website anymore! Very annoying just before christmas, I just want to relax now and watch movies and not have to pay for them until the agreed time.

@Anonymous User unless you set up a new account for the smart box, the offers should still be there. The smart box is just one of your 4 devices.
