Unauthorised payment

I've got a new smart tv box. I tried getting a free trial before adding my vouchers. It said I had already had a free trial and it would cost me £9.99. I came back out of it and went back in and it said start free trial so I clicked it. Then it said it had charged me 9.99!!! I did not authorise that payment, I already had 2 months movie pass and you had a 2 for 1 deal, so why would I pay 9.99 for 1 month when I could of had 2 months for the same price?!
I want to raise a complaint and have my money back. I already added my movie pack so it covers what I've already watched. Also ive tried to send this multiple rimes over multiple days and have just got the "ooops" message saying it can't send the message and live that just says its "finding someone" but no one ever connects!! Im assuming some of this is due the holidays but it would be preferable to say it's offline?! Why don't you just have an email address?! This is ridiculous!!
