Unable to play films

Hey guys,

 

I subscribed to now TV a week ago. For the first week, I managed to watch films on my cinema pass on Now TV Player on my apple laptop. For last 3 days, when I click on play, Now TV Player opens but looks like its thinking and I see some coloured balls rotating in the middle of the page and film never plays.

I dont know what to do. Some advises would be great.

Welcome to the forum. Try rebooting your broadband router and also make sure you're not connecting via a VPN or similar.

 

If that doesn't help try installing the Player helper app again, go to your Home directory > Applications folder where the NOW TV Player app should be and drag it to the trash. Then install it again from the link on this help page (half way down where the green help tip is)
