Trying to create a new account

I have tried five times to set up my account and failed.

I am using a tablet.

My sky TV deal expires on 22.02.2016 and do not wish to wait, hence tried to set up

My new nowTV box.

I am at my wits end.

Help.

Would you be able to give us a little more information about the problem your having?

 

What device are you using to set up?

 

At what point in the sign up process are you encountering a problem and are you seeing any kind of message?
