cant watch anything the following message keeps coming up.

Give it a moment or check nowtv.com/status for update. 

 

It is not the first time it happens but we always manage to watch at the end however today it happen too many times while we're  playing the movie and now we've been trying to get it back on for over 40 minutes!!! 

Can someone please help?

@Anonymous User BTW is the name inspired by black adder. What film are you trying to watch.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

 

In the interest in collecting information: -

  • What's the make and model number of the device you're using to access the NOW TV service?
  • How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us and/or the NOW TV Team to work out a solution for you!
