Subwoofer issue with NOWTV

My subwoofer seems to cut out only when I play movies on NOWTV,  its fine with Netflix just not NOWTV - any ideas why?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

NowTV only uses 2 channel stereo, where Netflix uses 5.1 surround sound, if you are using a AV Receiver with your sub woofer have you tried one the Pseudo surround sounds on your Receiver.
