Subscription Problems

I got a 3 month subscription pass as part of a deal when i bougth an Xbox One and ive registed it and set up an account for myself, its a Sky Movies Pass which i set up in december and since the day I set it up it hasnt worked, i can log into my account but when i go to watch something it tells me i have to pay for the pass. Why isnt it working?

@Anonymous User are you sure it was three months movies? Most of the deals have been including the entertainment pass. You can check what you have in My Account

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Have you applied the voucher to the account?

 

I'd firstly check if it's a movies voucher like @Anonymous User said then apply it by going to my account > my passes on a PC or Mac.
