Subscribing - PAyment

Hi,

 

I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Sports Pass and having issues. 

 

After entering my payment details, it simply says:

 

Help us to keep your card safe online

We need to authorise your card by taking a small payment of just £0.10 which we'll refund straight away. This is to make things extra secure for you.

 

It doesn't give me any option to do anything but won't take my details (There is certainly no issue with the balance on the credit card etc.)

 

Does anyone know what I can do - I am finidng the whole process of getting help really frustrating.

In case it helps anyone else who is encountering this same error message...

 

I spent more than 30 minutes online with Chat Help to come to the conclusion that NowTV can only accept UK-issued credit cards. It's a pretty narrow-minded policy for a media company, but it's their policy. My card is US-issued with a UK-address, but it won't work.
