Ever since NowTV introduced the NowTV app, the quality has not been as good as when you could still stream it in your browser. However, recently it got a lot worse. Several times during a film the sound is gone for several seconds, normally followed by the icon that it is buffering. Your first thought might be that my internet is rubbish, but this same internet (from Sky) has no problem at all with other streaming services such as Youtube and Netflix. I have the most recent version of the NowTV app, of all internet browsers and using a brand-new computer which has all updates installed. And yes, I have reinstalled the software, but no success. Any ideas?
