Streaming error v2022

Signs in ok but whenever I try to watch a film it gives me the error code v2022 streaming error.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

 

In the interest in collecting information: -

  • What's the make and model number of your NOW TV playback device?
  • Which NOW TV packages have you subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports)?
  • How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us and/or the NOW TV developers to work out a solution for you!

As @SeeMoreDigital has mentioned can you provide us with some more information on the device that your using please, The error v2022 isn't 1 that you would get on the NOW TV Box that this forum thread can help with.
