i have paid for the sky movies pass
it was taken from my bank on the 12th of january
looking into my Now tv account summary it also shows it was paid for on the 12th january
the movies are unavalible, telling me i need to pay for the package . . .
im unsure why this message is being displayed as the money comes from my bank direct debit
and has been taqken for this month . . . . . .
help ?
