Sky movies pass

Hi there and Merry Christmas every one!

 

I have activated an offer for £7.99 for two months of Sky Movies which was expiering on 24/02/2018. After the activation I went to my account and cancelled the subscription and the expiering date became 24/01/2018.

May I please ask why a month was taken of my subscription when the offer was clearly for two months.
