Hi, I recently got a free 14 day trial for sky cinema. After the 14 days, it renewed, but now I don't want it anymore. So when I go to where it should say 'cancel', there is no such choice. According to my subscriptions I have no current ones. However for the past two months I've been having money taken out of my account for something I can't cancel? I don't want my money back, just want to cancel it!
