Removing card details

Hi, I'm trying to get a 14 day free trial for the cinema pass but when they tell me that I will have to pay £0,10 for my card to be accepted nothing happens. I have tried to reenter my card details but when I'm asked to confirm my card details nothing happens neither, nothing appears on the screen. Does somebody have an explanation please?

Welcome to the forum. Might be worth trying a different device and/or browser (eg try on a mobile/tablet instead of PC or vice versa, check any adblocking plugins are disabled if using a PC browser). If you still have trouble though have a word with live chat and see if they can help.
