I brought a now t.v box that came with two months free movies, i registerd the box December 24th but noticed today you have taken £9.99 our my account before the free two months is up, why is this please?
@Anonymous User did you enter the code from the scratchcard? Sounds most likely that you've activated the 14 day trial and have been billed once that expired. If you still have the card you can enter the code via My Account.
