Problems with monthly movie pass

I have had an account with Now TV for some time and recently my Movies pass has expired for some reason?? When I either login via TV or online via Now TV website to buy a monthly pass it wont let me for some reason. It says "Please wait a moment and try again". I have been trying last few days without success.

This seems to be really strange Smiley Frustrated the best way to see if the pass has expired or if there is an issue with your account would be for us to access your account, we cannot do this via the forum for security reasons but if you can drop by live chat http://po.st/FA5j4K we can have a look into this and see whats going on so we can get this sorted for you.
