Hi. I have just been looking at my Bank Statements and see that I have been paying for Sky Cinema for 7 months but have never used it. I have just cancelled my monthly subscription and, apparently, I can watch films until 20th February. However, when trying just now to watch a film it won't allow me saying "Content Disabled". If this has been the case since I started paying back in July can I get my £69.93 (£9.99 x 7) refunded?

Welcome to the forum. The 'content disabled' message is an unrelated issue which can happen whenever HDMI-connected devices are used. It's usually quite easy to solve - a look at the following help page which explains what is happening

With regards a refund, best thing to do is pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can do anything for you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.
