very unimpressed, no customer contacts. I have cancelled and you have continued to charge my card. It is unacceptable you have no working customer services options. I expect a full refund and personally I would not use a service that has so little respect for customer you offer no working contact details.

I also cancelled mine, but they have still taken money out of my account, and when I went onto my account tit was still active? How did you get in contact?

I signed up for the £1 a month sports pass deal, however it doesn't allow me to watch it, directs me to get a pass?

For that price i am assuming it's a Mobile Sports Month Pass ?
If so are you using a smartphone (tablet or casting will not work) and you are attempting to watch one of the five Sky Sports channels that you are entitled too with a mobile pass which are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News ?
Also double check under the NowTV App on your phone that in the My Account section it shows an active mobile sports pass.

If you still can't watch any of the 5 number Sky Sports channels that i listed with your smartphone.
Then sometimes deleting the NowTV App from your smartphone and downloading the NowTV App again from your phone's Apps Store may or may not fix it.
Otherwise see if live chat can assist you further.

Dear Now Tv,
Please contact me iMMEDIATELY. I have signed up for a FREE trial and you have charged the card i used (which is my girlfriends) when it is supposed to be free. This si a con. If you do not refund me i will be reporting this as fraud.
