Playback issue

Nowtv has just done a major update to how it all looks and since this update i cant watch a thing. the link it provides me on playback is

Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.

This is using Internet explorer.

Any ideas??

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like it's trying  to open the NOW TV Player but it can't find it installed. Try downloading and installing the NOW TV Player helper app from this webpage and then try again
