I recently set up nowtv and purchased the entertainment package after I was refered by a friend, I clicked to receive a 14 day free trial of movies but have been charged £9.99, it says Iv still got 8days left of my free trial so shouldn't of been charged yet, also I can only watch movies online using a dif device but can't watch entertainment, although the payment for that has also been taken. All in all, not a great start as a new customer!!

Sounds like you might have two accounts with passes on each. When you go to My Account > My Passes http://account.nowtv.com/passes on the website do you see your entertainment pass and free movies trial? If so, go to http://account.nowtv.com/account-details and note down what the username is.
Then on your device where you can't get Entertainment, check the username on the My Account screen. If they don't match you've got two accounts, and you'll need cancel the movies pass on that account.
