Paid yet still can't view

I seam to be having a problem with watching now TV as well as a neighbour from hell who will go down if he happens to see somehow just my Mobil.I purchased I'm not sure if it was entertainment or movies but 1 of them.Only two days later after completion and putting my credit card no in ect I can not watch anything on Mobil.First says my details are all OK but no there not as the c card I used is a different one which was given to me by some god knows company called weswap in the post.But then after saying it has all my details it asks me for the code on the bak of cc.I try that and it won't work.In the end it says maybe if I am at the end off a free trial I should continue to pay when I only done this myself three days ago.So never mind sky again a neighbour of mine who happened to have sky television alone not me at all ever same address thank u

I have only one device registered, but system is showing error message that I have 4 devices already. I cannot view anythinng on any device. Can anyone help with the problem?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

The best way to sort that out is to have a word with live chat. It sounds as if the device manager might be doing something it shouldn't be. The device manager has been known to mess up occasionally.

 

To get to live chat click here. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "contact us" and then click "live chat"

I bought nowtv and had movie and entertainment 3 months free but moneys being taken out of bank why
