Over payment

Hi,Last month I received an e'mail stating because of tech problems I could have free 30 days cinema pass,which would auto cancel after the start date,I have now been charged £9.99 .I then cancelled this pass which I did not ask for.But it is still showing that I still have a cinema pass,Which I have not used since my last FREE pass elasped .

I might be wrong, but my understanding of how the nowtv vouchers work (even the free ones) is that they will auto renew each month until you cancel.

 

As far as i was aware the only passes that don't auto renew (l.e. self cancelling are the Sports Day and Week Pass).

 

Also, when you cancelled the cinema pass, did you go through all the steps on screen and receive an email cancellation notification from NowTV ?

 

Your best bet is to jump over to NowTV live chat, who can pull up your account details on their computer screen and they should be able to help you further.
