How can I get in contact with nowt to resolve my issue? Nowtv paid for but will not let me watch it says I have to purchase a pass?

NowTV can be contacted through email, live chat and this forum. The live chat and email contact methods can be found by going to the help site. The button to access the help site is located at the top right of the page. After clicking help select "help centre"
The email and live chat contact methods are accessed by finding the help article that best suits the issue you're having, you then scroll down to the bottom of that article and click contact us. Then you can choose to use either email or live chat. If you can't find an article that suits your issue in the PC section you should find a "non-of the above" article and use the same process as described above. To contact now TV
If you are now TV box you're using. Sometimes these can fall out of sync with the system. A restart usually resolves this. To restart, and now TV box go to settings > system > system restart. You can also doublecheck what passes the system thinks you have by going to the my passes section of the my account area on the website. The my account menu is near the top right of any page on the website
Also make sure you're using the correct account, a nowTV account is linked to a sky ID and you may have multiple sky IDs if you've used other sky services in the past. (The sky ID is your now TV account username)
