Now tv sky cinema pass card details

My sky cinema pass will not allow me to purchase films, details says card into incorrect? My card detail s are all correct but I cannot rent or purchase films?. Help!,,,

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

First things first...

  • Are you accessing the NOW TV service from within the UK?
  • Do you have a UK registered 'credit' or 'debit' card?

That said, if you want to purchase content. That's only available via the Sky Store. Which is not a NOW TV product...

Welcome to the forum. Is it the Sky Store app you're looking at? If so you can't rent or purchase films from the Sky Store app with your cinema pass, it will only let you watch movies from the movies section of the NOW TV app.

 

You can use your NOW TV username and password on Sky Store but because it's a separate service you have to set it up with your payment card details with them separately, and you'll need to pay separately for any rentals or purchases. Just go to www.skystore.com and sign in with your NOW TV username and it will prompt you for the rest.
