Now tv passes showing that I have not ordered

Just looked at my account and suddenly i have a movie, kids and entertainment pass showing as ordered yestarday. I dont think i have even been charged for them but for some reason i have the passes. Anyone help?

Bear in mind previously i only had the sports pass.

i have same issue,its saying ive had a cinema pass,which ive never had,i only have the sports and entertainment passes

Hi @Anonymous User, 

 

You should have received an email to explain why this was added to your account. 

 

I've seen a post @lockmatt saying that he's seen the email, so double check and let us know.
