No voucher code in box

Hi, I purchased a nowtv box with a weeks sports pass. However, there was no voucher code in the box to redeem this. Are you able to help with this problem?

Was there no piece of paper with like a scratch card coating?

No, 3 leaflets but nothing with any form of codes or anything to scratch off. I have a leaflets with “nitty gritty” “lets get watching” and a smaller leaflet with all the Now TV passes available.

Where did you buy the box from ?

You could try live chat, where they might be able to assist you, or they may refer you back to the seller you bought the box from under the Consumer Rights Act where you should be entitled for a refund or a replacement box with a new voucher pass.
