No content available

Hi,

A lot of the categories on the cinema pass are showing nothing and just saying 'no content available'. Internet connection is fine. Any suggestions?

Perhaps try rebooting your smart box and router to see if that makes a difference ?

If you get no joy after rebooting both your smart box and router, then the next thing i would try is a forced software update by following step 6 in this guide article linked below.

I tried that but nothing. I haven't tried resetting it to factory settings yet.

hi i have same problem i just have normal now tv box i have updated rebooted box tried speaking to now tv and all then wanted was all my personal details that then never asked for before and did nothing the pic is crap to on the now tv box

internet is working fine
