New to Now tv

Hi

 

Can anyone please advise as I have just brought a Now Tv box with 2 months Sky Cinema Pass.  I followed the instructions and inserted the code but the details on the website after completion said I had a months free trial and then have to pay £9.99.   I don't understand why it is giving me a month free and not recognising the code i entered for 2 months free.   Help !!!

I am guessing you have followed the instructions here on how to "apply a voucher code".

When you go into My Account > My Passes is there any mention that you are on a voucher offer or is there a "apply voucher code button" still showing next to the Cinema Pass (if so try applying the code again).

 

Have you accidentally setup two username accounts, one for the free trial and a second username for the 2 month voucher code ?

Thank you so much for your help, think that may have worked now to get logged in and hopefully enjoy the movies .   think I may be asking a few questions

How did you sort it out ?

 

One note of caution, if you accidentally setup two accounts make sure that the username you used with the free trial, that you click on the cancel button and follow the instructions (otherwise after the free trial has finished you will continually pay the monthly cinema subscription price until you cancel).

 

Also, another tip if you do not want to continue with the NowTV Cinema service after your two month Cinema pass has expired again make sure you cancel before the expiry date of your pass (don't worry you get the full 2 month duration of your Cinema pass even if you cancel early).
