Hello
I set up NOWTV on 6 March.
The NOWTV box was purchased from Skelmersdale Argos and I purchased the 2 month free movie option.
When I opened the box containing the NOWTV box, the number on the sky movie box pass had already been scratched off so I assumed
it would no longer be valid. (I should have emailed you earlier about this.....)
I can supply the number that is on the invalidated movie pass if you need it.
However because I was in the process of setting up NOWTV I continued because a 1 month pass was available on line.
After 14 days (21 March) my account was deducted £9.99?
So I did not get the 2 month pass I originally purchased, I did not even get the 1 month free trial.....
Please rectify this.

@Anonymous User the trial is only 14 days which is why you have now been charged. Did you even try to enter the code from the scratchcard? If it comes back invalid visit
http://help.nowtv.com/article/Code-not-valid
and from there you can Contact NOW TV on Live Chat and they might be able to help.

Hi @Anonymous User,
Thanks for posting.
As @Anonymous User mentioned the trial period is only 14 days quite a while ago the trial period was a month.
I believe the issue has now been addressed via Live Chat. Please let us know if you need any more help.
Thanks
Simon
