Movies Pass Error

I renewed a movies pass on the 29 March 2017. Onscreen it said I had coverage until 11 August 2017 but now I've had a message saying I've 0 days left and they can't get money from my account! 

 

What's happened?

You are better jumping on live chat as they can have a look at your account and see what has happened.
