Welcome to the forum. Is it all movies or just one particular movie? If it's one particular movie post back with the title and what device you are watching on and someone can look into it. If it's all movies it could be a temporary issue that often sorts itself out, but if you're using a NOW TV box try unplugging it for a couple of minutes.
