Movies 3 months for price of 1

Got an email offering me 3 months movies for price of one, tried to accept the offer but keep getting the error message, we are having problems with our passes try again in a few minutes been getting this message since yesterday afternoon. It's my daughters birthday today, is there any way of resolving this in time for her to watch a movie tonight?

Are you currently on any other offer that is more than 30 days left remaining on your cinema pass ?

 

If not, maybe try a different internet browser when clicking on the link to see if that makes any difference (Microsoft Edge seems to work well for me when on the nowtv website).

Are you able to pop onto live chat so one of our agents can have a look at your account?
