Movie voucher

I have just started a 14 day free cinema trial. I have also got a 2 month cinema voucher ready for when the trial ends. When do I enter the voucher number to avoid the £9.99 being taken from my account please?

Hi @Les782,

You can enter your code right now and it will roll on automatically so you wont loose out on any days Smiley Wink

Edit: If your preference is to use 'voucher code passes', you'll need to submit your new pass before your current pass expires.

Hi Les

SMD is correct, your 2 month cinema pass, when entered now, will start immediately start after your 14 day free period is over but is you run into any difficulty the contact Live Chat on the following URL:

http://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/Supported-devices

However, if you want to continue using vouchers, rather than having NowTV take money out of your bank card then read "The Best Way to Use Vouchers" at this URL:

https://community.nowtv.com/t5/Entertainment/New-user-question/m-p/417294/highlight/true#M27012

You should note that the free 14 days period you get with your new NowTV box, I believe, covers both movie and entertainment usage.

Hope this helps.
