@Anonymous User Hello 🙂

I've never had this happen. Are you using a nowtv box?

I am not staff, I am a customer that likes to help,
so please click the Thank You/Thumbs Up button if I helped you out and maybe even accept it as a solution? 🙂

Hi, thanks for the reply.

So I've just chosen to watch Suicide Squad and I get an advert at the beginning for 'Back to the future'.

Previously I also had an advert for 'Sky Sports' at the beginning of another film, I think it might have been Jason Bourne.

Is this something that has just been implemented ? It's pretty annoying.

I want a big discount or money back. I pay for nowtv because it had NO adverts, now I have to watch useless unwanted adverts that are wasting my time.

I'm not paying to watch stupid adverts, if I wanted to pay for stupid adverts I'd sign up for virgin media.

Hi @Anonymous User,

Out of interest... What's the make/model of the device you're using to access the NOW TV service?

Cheers

Hello,

Recently NOWTV have started to advertise NOWTV Kids and Entertainment passes before you can watch a film on the cinema pass, can this not be removed or skipped? When I have the time to watch a film I don't want to have to wait for the adverts I want to get straight on with my film. Please help.
