Movie pass charged to me

On viewing my online bank I have noticed a mysterious payment and on checking my account with NowTV it was for a movie pass, this morning. I have no knowledge of this so and did not want to buy this package but have been watching on my entertainment pass this morning and have had some issues with my ps3 console crashing so this may have caused this to be charged to me by mistake. I would like a refund as I have not bought this pass or viewed any movies. Quick processing of repayment is essential as this money was not in my account for you to take.
