Movie not loading

I am having trouble watching a movie. The adverts display then the movie make sign eg Sony then nothing. Have reset broadband any ideas anyone?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. So do you mean the movie will play but only for the first few seconds? Is this every movie or just one particular movie? If it's one particular movie post back with the title and also let us know which device you are using to watch NOW TV with, and someone should be able to check it out.

It was all movies, I checked the devices on my account, my account was I up
to date, then turned everything including broadband off, and did a NowTV
software update.. even though it said it was up to date, and then ping it
all came to life...an hour and a half and still none the wiser at what was
wrong but it worked!!
