Monthly Device Limit

I seem to have reached the device per month limit after trying to watch my sports pass on my Dads laptop only to find it is too slow, I have now tried to log in on an iPad however I am told I have reached the device limit for this month, I have plenty of device slots available and wondered if it is possible to reset the device per month limit some how so that I can watch the game I was trying to stream. Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User

 

When you go to My Account > Manage Devices on here does it show that you have any device swaps available this month ?

 

If so, delete one of your nominated devices then start watching on your ipad which will be automatically added to your list.

 

If you have no more device swaps this month contact live chat.
