The NOW TV Team have finished for the night, but you could have a word with Live Chat up to midnight and if you explain the situation they may be able to help you.
It's likely that the passes were purchased by accident so you might also want to make sure you turn on the Payment PIN in your account http://account.nowtv.com/payment-pin as this will stop any accidental purchases being made by anyone in the household.
