To get there go to the following help page

and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Live Chat option on the following page. It should work fine on a mobile or tablet, but if you have problems try on a laptop or desktop.

@Anonymous User you'll get the free trial when you click Buy Pass. The only expection would be that you've had that pass previously, even on a different account, it's not available.

I have been billed for movies pass not required or ordered after my two months free pass,

We thought we had signed up fo rthe entertainment pass in order to watch games of thrones but we got a confirmation for sky movies. We cancelled immediately and re-signed up to the entertainment pass but we do not want to pay for the next three months for the sky movies pass.
Please confirm we will only be charged for the entertainment pass and NOT the sky movies pass as we cancelled it immediately.

Provided you don't have multiple NOW TV accounts and have cancelled using the correct account you wont be charged 😉
