The information on your My Passes page is the correct one http://account.nowtv.com/passes
If it is showing there as you are on an offer for 2 months and it is giving an offer end date of 22/2 then you should be fine. Mobile apps currently have a bug where they only show the end of the current monthly period and aren't clever enough to know if you are on a multi-month offer.
