Hi im trying to cancel my pass, cant afford it anymore, everytime i go to my account and then passes ect it just stays on the loading screen forever can someone help me?
Welcome to the forum. Try disabling any adblocking plugins you have, and/or try a different browser. You could also try a mobile/tablet browser instead of a desktop/laptop if applicable. If you still have trouble pop onto live chat they should be able to help.
