Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. It should be possible to do this via My Account, however, Live Chat should also be able to help. Click on this link and then on Contact Us at the bottom of the page - this should bring up the Live Chat option.

Hi Pethead im not sure about what link you meen ? i click on "how to contact us " and that leads me back in a circle to here , if someone could please just cancel my acount for the movie pass i would be gratefull

You can cancel passes using My Account then My Passes
To fully cancel you'll need to visit LIVE CHAT
