Welcome to the forum. Pop onto your My Account > My Passes page to make sure your free trial is showing as active

and also make sure your payment details are correct and uptodate on your My Account > Payment Details page

If everything looks good double check your username on your My Account > Account details page
https://account.nowtv.com/account-details
and make sure this is the username you use to log into your app. If you still can't sign in and your password has any special characters in it try changing it to one which is just letters and numbers.
If none of this works, post back with details of which device you are trying to log into (eg which type of TV if it's an app built into your TV or which type of streaming box/games console if the app is on there).
