I have a movies pass and then added a entertainment pass, since adding the entertainment pass I can no longer get movies, how can I get my movies back

Purchasing one type of pass shouldn't affect any other passes you have.
Are you sure you didn't purchase the entertainment pass on a different account to your movies pass by mistake? Or maybe you cancelled the movies pass and it has now expired?
