The problem is after clicking the "My passes" then the it will direct to a new page, in this page it is supposed to show all of the passes I've ordered. However, in my case it kept loading...So how I suppose to deal with it?

If the page is continually loading with the spinning coloured circles, then try disabling your ad blocker / pop up blocker on your internet browser.
Should that fail try a different internet browser with the ad blocker disabled.
