I can't add another pass

I've been trying to add the sky movies pass to my already existing entertainment by starting the free 14 day trial for days now. Every time I click to accept the £9.99 charge after the 14 day trial ends it comes up with an error code or nothing happens at all.

I've tried multiple times and on several divices, my box, my phone and my tablet.

I'd really appreciate some help. Thanks.

Also, have you tried a quick reset of your router? 🙂
