Free 14 day trail and I am been charged now

Please help me.. I bought the now to box for a gift for my mum n dad at Christmas I set the box up for them with the 14 day free trail.  I also bought for them the entertainment pass and £15.  Movie pass. However this is the 2nd month I have been charge £9.99. I need to stop this payment getting taking from my bank account. Please let me know what I need to do here.

Hi,
Did you cancel the 14 day free trial before it ended?
The pass you bought them, was it a voucher code, and did you apply it to the account?

 

Edit: It looks like you might be being charged for the Movies pass since it is £9.99 being taken.

to cancel this, log onto your account online, click the My Account at the top, click My Passes, click Cancel Pass beneath the movies pass.

this will cancel the next month, but you'll still be able to watch for the remainder of the current pass.
