Cinema pass

When I try to watch anything on my now tv account it tell me I need a movie pass which I already pay £9.99 a month for. It was working fine yesterday however today it is not, can you tell me why this is??

What nowtv playback device are you using ?

 

Maybe try signing out of the nowtv App on your device and re sign back in again.

 

Also, i would double check by going to My Account > My Passes on here, that it shows the cinema pass is still active and make sure your bank card hasn't expired on your nowtv account by going to My Account > Payment details.

Hi thank you for you’re help, it’s because my previous card was expired and I hadn’t updated it but now it’s not letting my change the details!
