I got charged for a cinema pass this month when I already cancelled it last month.
I cancelled it again but how do I make sure this time that NOW TV is not going to charge me again for something I don't want?!!
I try to contact them and sent them a message but no answer.

I got the same problem will be interesting to see response. Also if you try and use the request form it wont show 2018 only 2016 and 2017

Welcome to the forum. First pop onto your My Account > My Passes page to make sure the pass definitely is showing as cancelled (if not cancel it again and go through all the steps right to the end, there are quite a few)

I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. If you have a NOW TV Box it's easy for people to accidentally purchase a pass without the PIN. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page

I'd suggest getting in touch with NOW TV to see if they will offer you a refund. Normally live chat or send a message is the best way. You can send the NOW TV Team a message or get to live chat from the Contact Us page

But if you have trouble getting in touch that way, go to this request form

and choose the option for incorrectly charged. You should be contacted within a couple of days.
