Chrome cast with 2 months free movies

I have a now tv account with sport and entertainment active

Have just purchase a Google Chromecast as it comes with 2 months movies

The offer comes up when I connect the chrome cast and asks if you are new or existing customer

I select existing and the link sends me to my now tv page but then states you already have an active entertainment pack

The offer is for movies not entertainment any ideas

Ye I'm getting the same thing saying it doesn't recognise it but it sending me to the entertainment part

been in touch with online help. they are going to correct the offer. as a gesture of goodwill they gave me 3 months instead of 2 which basically pays for the chromecast

 

contact the help team online to see if they will do the same for you

I didn't get anything like that level of service. The person on chat blamed by browser for the link not working (despite it being a known issue) and then when I they gave me a manual code to enter the site said it couldn't be applied because I already had an account. When I pointed out that the offer was for existing customers as well as new I was told they only way it could be applied was if my auto-renew was cancelled and I came back in 8 days time to try again. Not very slick at all!
